Marina Rental Information

RESERVATIONS

Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by Dockmaster. You must fill out the Ocean Pointe Marina Reservation form in advance. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance. Provident Hotels & Resorts does not manage or control the marina.

Below is all the information you’ll need to make the process as smooth and clear as possible.

Office Hours
Reservation requests are reviewed and processed Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Any requests submitted after hours will be reviewed the next business day.

Current Rates – Please note that rates are subject to change between the time of quote and the time your reservation is submitted.

Off-Season / Non-Holiday Rates:

  • Wet Slip: $4 per foot, per night – includes trailer parking and launch privileges
  • Dry Parking: $50 per night – includes launch privileges only. The boat may not remain on the water overnight, and the ramp cannot be obstructed for more than 15 minutes during launch or retrieval.

Holiday / Mini-Season Rates:

  • Wet Slip: $5 per foot, per night – includes trailer parking and launch privileges
  • Dry Parking: $65 per night – same conditions as above

Reservation Timeline:

  • Vessels 23 feet and under: Reservations confirmed no more than 4 weeks before arrival
  • Vessels over 23.1 feet: Reservations confirmed no more than 2 weeks before arrival

OCEAN POINTE MARINA RESERVATION

You’ll need to have the following items ready (preferably on the device you’ll use to complete the form):

  • Boat and Trailer Registration: (Must be in your name or accompanied by the person whose name it’s under. They will need to be present with ID at the gate.)
  • Boat Insurance: *Required coverage: $300,000 for Bodily Injury & $100,000 for Property Damage (or combined single limit of $300,000)
  • Unit Reservation Confirmation: A screenshot or photo of your reservation confirmation screen is required (we cannot verify unit bookings, so this is your proof of stay).

IMPORTANT:

  • If you are arriving by water only, and won’t have a trailer, simply upload your vessel registration in the trailer registration field to bypass the required upload.
  • We have freshwater hoses at both the trailer and slip areas for rinsing, and electrical outlets by the marina (bring an extension cord – outlets are located by the light poles).

RULES

  • No cargo/utility trailers are allowed.
  • All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc) are strictly prohibited.
  • Boats exceeding the registered length of 28 feet are strictly prohibited.
  • All reservations must be made PRIOR to arrival by filling out the Ocean Pointe Marina Reservation form.

Confirmation Process
Once we receive your request and all required documentation, we will issue an invoice. After payment is received, you’ll receive your official confirmation with your assigned wet slip and/or trailer parking spot.

Please note, no entry with trailers or vessels will be allowed without confirmation.
