CHECK IN: Check In is after 4pm at the 24 Hour Front Desk. Early check in is not guaranteed. If Sunset Vistas is not notified of a delay in arrival, the hotel will automatically cancel the reservation at 6:00am the morning after the scheduled arrival date. At this point the deposit will be forfeited. Cashless Front Desk, must provide Credit/Debit Card at check in.
MINIMUM AGE: Must be 25 to make a reservation, check in, and someone at least 25 years of age must reside in the unit for the duration of the reservation.
CHECK OUT: Check Out is prior to 11am.
INCIDENTAL HOLD: At check in the front desk will establish credit for room charges and tax plus $100 per suite on all single night reservations to be held on the credit or debit card presented at check-in. On all reservations of two nights or more, the credit established will be $60 per room, per day will be held for incidental charges and either charged or released at checkout.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES: Weekly housekeeping service is provided. Additional full service cleanings are available for an additional fee with advance notice.
PARKING: Each two bedroom suite receives one reserved parking space. Each three bedroom suite receives two reserved parking spaces. Additional vehicles are subject to limited guest parking that may not be located directly on Sunset Vistas property. Recreational vehicles, oversized vehicles and trailer of any kind are not permitted onsite.
PETS: Pets and Emotional Support Animals are not allowed on property. Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites adheres to Federal ADA Law allowing ADA Compliant Services Animals. Service Animals must be registered with the Front Desk upon check in.
