Hotel Policies
DEPOSIT: First night’s room and tax deposit is charged at time of booking to hold a reservation.
A reservation that is for 28 nights or more, a $1000 deposit is required.
CANCELLATION: Reservations are held for the date of arrival only. Changes or cancellation of reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.
Our cancellation/change policy is not contingent upon any circumstances other than Hurricane Warnings issued by the National Weather Service.

MINIMUM AGE: Must be 21 to make a reservation, check in, and someone at least 21 years of age must reside in the unit for the duration of the reservation.

If Sailport is not notified of a delay in arrival, the hotel will automatically cancel the reservation at 6:00am the morning after the scheduled arrival date.
