CREDIT CARD POLICY: First night’s room and tax deposit is charged at time of booking to hold a reservation.
A reservation that is for 28 nights or more, a $1000 deposit is required.
A Credit card is required to be checked into the hotel and must be the same credit card booked online with.
The credit card will be authorized for room, tax and for incidental charges. Incidental authorizations are $100 per day (up to $300 per stay). If no incidental charges take place, the hold funds will be released back to the card at the time of check out. Full release depends on the time of processing of your bank.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations are held for the day of arrival only, not the entire stay. Any changes or cancellations to your reservation must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of one night’s room and tax.
