If Provident Oceana is not notified of a delay in arrival, the hotel will automatically cancel the reservation at 6:00am the morning after the scheduled arrival date. At this point the deposit will be forfeited.
MINIMUM AGE: Must be 25 to make a reservation, check in, and someone at least 25 years of age must reside in the unit for the duration of the reservation.
CHECKOUT: Check-Out is prior to 11:00am.
INCIDENTAL HOLD: Atcheck in the front desk will establish credit for room charges and tax plus $100 for all reservations to be held on the credit or debit card presented at check-in and either charged or released at checkout. The credit/debit card name must match and be presented with a valid ID of the registered guest. Pre-paid cards will not be accepted.
HOUSEKEEPING: Services are only provided between stays. Should you need additional amenities, please contact the Front Desk.
PARKING: Each suite receives one reserved parking space. Recreational vehicles, oversized vehicles and trailer of any kind are not permitted onsite. Additional parking can be located in any Treasure Island City Parking lot. Fees will apply as all lots are metered. Please visit MyTreasureIsland.org for parking information.
PETS: Provident Oceana is a dog friendly property, breed restrictions apply.

A $100 non-refundable dog fee will be charged upon arrival for guests with a dog. We also require a form to be filled out regarding to the dog’s information and our policies and procedures.
